“Dreadful service I didn’t receive the watch from Renew Electronics it came from another company . It has been impossible to get a return label. The communication with Wowcher is extremely difficult. I have had to ask PayPal to help!!!”

“Said grade A minimal scratch’s and was covered in them, didn’t have time to try and change as it was a birthday present, on top of that £10 delivery for a week sevice so be careful, life goes on”

“It took more than two weeks too receive this Apple Watch.The battery was’t good then I did ask for refund. I send back the Apple Watch .More than three weeks and didn’t get the refund yet!”

“The advert says the watch is refurbished and with 80% battery capacity. I did not receive a watch as described. It had 78% battery capacity and an alert advising to get the watch serviced. Customer service from Wowcher and the 3rd party seller (Renew Electronics) are blaming each other and keep saying there is delays to reaponding. I just wanted a watch as they described with the correct battery capacity. It’s an important factor when it comes to Apple products. Disappointed in both companies.”

“Delivery was poor. Paid for express but took 4 working days and lots of emails to the seller who promised to send on 27th Dec but did not. Finally left them on 2/1/25. Watch only has 70% battery capacity and is scratched quite a lot. I appreciate it’s not new but expected better to be honest. Watching battery retention to see if I need to return it.”
