“The watch arrived and the glass was scratched and the case was in poor condition. I returned for a refund. It has now been almost 3 weeks since I sent it back and I’m still waiting for a refund. The customer service communication has been very good but the time taken so far for a refund is not acceptable. If my refund is not received by Friday I will be doing a chargeback from Visa”

“Unfortunately wasn’t compatible with my iPhone, should have been made clear that Apple no longer update this model of watch. The sellers were good and I am returning it for a refund”

“Pretty badly scratched. No battery on arrival and no charger. I can accept there being no charger however there was no option to purchase one. Had to pay a further £12 postage. I should have just bought a new one.”
