“Not what is advertised. the company also don’t communicate, never seen any sort of gel memory foam does not look anything like what is advertised, trying to send back and get my money back, not having much luck on getting it sent back and get my money back. Not happy at all, Wowcher should be looking out for these scams and stop them from happening”

“This is not the mattress advised. Beyond ridiculous. This is a very poor, cheaply made sprung mattress. It's even stained. There is not an ounce of gel memory foam in this. Just unwrapped and could hear the springs pinging. Just awful. Will be returning. I want a refund”

“It is not as the picture and is not a full memory gel foam mattress it has springs. It will do though for the money I paid. I was hoping it would be memory foam but it is not at all bit disappointed just hoping it lasts for a while”

“Not extra thick at all ! Not medium to firm either. I’ve contacted the company many times within 3 days of delivery asking for a refund ! I’ve also contacted Wowcher . No details on how to send back , I’m not paying for it to be returned I payed £23.99 for delivery, Sham of a company and I won’t use again ! Now in the process of Trading Standards.”
