“Not memory foam accept about 1inch on the top. Completely disappointed thought we where getting a memory foam mattress and it’s got springs in but barely any. Would never have bought it. Stuck with it as the return of a huge mattress is at my expense. It’s put me off Wowcher products completely.”

“I bought 2 mattresses and instead of being delivered together I was charged twice for 2 deliveries. And if that wasn’t bad enough I received 2 completely different mattresses from what was advertised and I what I ordered. The company Chester & Oakley Beds Ltd I have no words to describe their lack of communication. I have requested numerous times for them to pick up the mattresses and issue me with a full refund. I’m still waiting to hear back from them. I will be escalating this matter. I would not advise anyone to buy anything from this company Chester & Oakley Beds Ltd !!!!”

“I cannot review this item as I was sent the wrong mattress… a substandard mattress. Similar in colour but a completely different item and of poor quality… can this please be rectified?”

“Absolute pile of rubbish, no memory foam in this matress at all, it's an open spring matress that is as soft as they come. Tried and tried to get a refund or get it collected just to get it out of my house. I am bitterly disappointed and very despondent to the point where I will NEVER use wowcher again, I'd saved and saved to be able go afford this and I got scammed out of money that I could not afford to lose”
