“Not extra thick at all ! Not medium to firm either. I’ve contacted the company many times within 3 days of delivery asking for a refund ! I’ve also contacted Wowcher . No details on how to send back , I’m not paying for it to be returned I payed £23.99 for delivery, Sham of a company and I won’t use again ! Now in the process of Trading Standards.”

“I was expecting a luxury mattress, unfortunately in my opinion it's not. The memory foam is quite thin and the springs make a noise as I move to get comfortable. Nevertheless it is better than other mattresses sold at the same price.”

“Mattress appears ok, really poor delivery experience! Just dumped outside the front door in full view of the street! The neighbours were even contemplating taking it in before somebody ran off with it! It was only pure luck I got home in time! Really really bad experience! Would never order again!”

“Definately NOT extra thick, rubbish quality, no support at sides, actually roll out of bed if move from centre, not happy with this purchase ATALL”

“Good delivery time, mattress is softer then expected will need a harder topper as it doesn’t seem like it will last very long due to the softness and springs”
