“Not as described. Supposed to be 10 inch thick with memory foam and cooling gel. Sent a 7 inch thick, hardly any memory foam, mostly just spring, not comfy or as described. No service response apart from return, requested correct product, no response, got sent collection label with incorrect address also.”

“Looks Nothing like what the picture depicts. Also there isn’t one bit of memory foam inside as the description states. It’s a spring mattress. Will be seeking a refund”

“This is not a memory foam mattress. This is a spring mattress with a thin layer of memory foam on base. Your body will not mould into the memory foam, as you will feel the springs. Very misleading. Disappointed is an understatement. Seller also awkward to deal with.”
