“Comes as activespring10 and no label on goods. Took them a week to come back to confirm different name. Spring mattress thin memory foam and after 48hrs still not fully fits the outer . Corners on mattress springs can be felt and bit foam round. Def wish I would have returned and used gut instinct no way this is even worth £400 . Will be going back if no improvement within next 10 days Why advertise 13 cooling gel memory foam mattress!!!!!!!! Spring mattress . N not good one .”

“I ordered two double extra thick cooling gel Foam mattresses and I received two double metal spring mattresses. I printed out the returns label and the label said I have to send it back to their shop address in Batley Yorkshire. It cost me just over £100.00 to deliver the mattresses back to the shop address. The mattresses were then delivered back to me and I was told that the return address doesn’t exist anymore. I am still waiting for Wowcher to issue me with a refund including my postage cost there and back and also for these two metal spring mattresses to be collected from me and returned to sender. I am a very unhappy Wowcher customer.”

“Wasn't sure about it at first but once I left mattress to fill out overnight I had an amazing sleep. Very comfortable and GREAT value for money highly recommend”

“This is not a memory foam mattress - it has full springs and not a bit of memory foam in sight. Avoid at all costs as being miss sold”

“I did not get that mattress i got a flimsy insult of a mattress with springs sticking out the complete opposite to what I thought I was going to receive, I am disabled and have had no bed for 4 nights now and Wowcher does not care this deal is a scam has happened to hundreds of other people”
