“So the company itself were outstanding and very accommodating ensuring I had a suitable delivery date even ringing the day before to tell me a time they would be coming. The bed itself is the same as the picture and I'm told (it's my daughter's bed) that it's extremely comfortable. The only issue I have is that is it definitely not the same bed that I purchased. I ordered a divan bed which is meant to be pebble in colour yet the bed that has arrived is a deep brown colour. Other than the colour the bed is a good solid bed, very easy to assemble and good value for money.”

“The beds good but the company leaves a lot to be desired van broke down after I had taken a day off work so couldn't deliver had to take another day off for delivery got delayed and was promised a good will gesture bit never heard from them”

“The old adage you get what you pay for rings true. One of the bases must have been made last thing in a Friday too, bolts missing to hold it together with the other base and and a bad fitting staple left in place so when the material was fitted, it’s just damaged it. Who needs quality control? Just as well it’s on the end that’s out of sight. I should really reject it but honestly can’t be hassled with the bother from other reviews I’ve seen elsewhere with Wowcher and Sleep Factory.”

“Review: I ordered a super king bed set, which was advertised as a two-person delivery, but only one person arrived and left it at my front door. Upon opening the package, I found three broken wheels. I contacted customer service, and they assured me of next-day delivery for replacements, but over a week later, I am still waiting. I reached out three times, and each time, I was given empty promises. The service has been disappointing, and the bed itself is just average in quality. Overall, not a great experience. Would not recommend.”
