“Not impressed at all, photo very deceiving, cheap & nasty, The delivery was 2 days late, to when I said it was arriving, 1 delivery man, wanted payment to put it together, luckily my husband was available to help, carry it in, & put it together he’s old age. I wouldn’t have been able to help, Base smaller than mattress. Should have returned. But was to much work. NEVER BUY AGAIN OFF WOWCHER…… absolutely”

“Bed Base @ Headboard quite satisfactory for a luxury purchace, i was disapointed with the matress as it was not the one seen on the discription photos, the depth and comfort was a concern, after contacting wholesalers i was ofered money back via pickup and a wait for refunds as and when they recievied the items back. My concern was a wait for funds to buy another luxury bed and wait for another delivery without having a bed, therefore declined the offer.”

“Awful service from Wowcher, I felt deceived. Sleep factory have no customer service, I was really let down and they did nothing to make up for it. I am left very disappointed.”
