The bed has not been delivered I have emailed asking for a delivery date The date provided 9,9,25 the bed did not arrive The company had not replied to my emails

Unfortunately, my experience hasn’t been great. My mattress and bed frame delivery was rescheduled twice, with no notice on either occasion—only finding out after calling multiple times the first time, and receiving an email on the day the second time. This delay meant I couldn’t move into my new apartment and had to pay £50 per night to extend my stay elsewhere. As someone with a spinal disability, a proper bed is essential, and this has caused a lot of unnecessary stress. Customer service were apologetic but did not give us any compensation and the final delivery was 7 hours earlier than I was assured! Lucky I was home.

As I check the postage charges are clearly mentioned on voucher of £39.99 You had to allow up to 16 working days for standard delivery which was also mentioned on the voucher fineprint If you had the problem with the delivery you could have contacted us before Sorry, we cannot be able to pay any compensation for the postage charges now Many thanks, Wowcher

Memory foam mattress turned out to be a sprung mattress - deeply uncomfortable. Terrible quality - under no circumstances should you be conned into thinking this is a good deal, it's not.

The bed should of been delivered yesterday but the lorry broke down and can't be delivered until Monday 16th June .So disappointed as daughter down on holiday which the bed was for .once again the delivery didn't arrive and it took 5 attempts and but Tuesday 23rd it arrived and we are very pleased with the bed.
