“I think the website is quite good everything is clear and the information is easy to find. The pre-departure booklet was really complete and also it was very useful I think all the issues were covered. The service staff was great from the very beginning if not it wouldn't have been so easy to get the trip ready. I loved the project I was working on the experience just couldn't have been more amazing. I was really impressed by the staff team of my orphanage ( Upendo Face). they were so nice to us and to the kids I'm glad I had the chance to work there. I think the meals were really good and the accommodation too. it’s true that they could clean the rooms more often but it was correct.”

“The website was easy to navigate well organised and with lots of photos. The pre-departure booklet was very useful and comprehensive. The staff were greatly helpful and responsive.But the project was the highlight and yes my efforts get appreciated there. Meals are very good although more options e.g. brown bread milk would have been wonderful. There were some problems with not having any water in my room a times but the staff kindly assisted me. In country staff were wonderful extremely friendly supportive and generous. The volunteer work- connecting with the children at the orphanage learning from them and being part of something valued and worthwhile the friendships with other volunteers the cultural experience and unique opportunities e.g. visiting Masai village are some of the best experience of my whole volunteer trip. Extremely grateful for the amazing experience I will treasure for my lifetime very happy to recommend to others.”

“The PreDeparture Information booklet was very useful. Staff responses were very useful nice and they always answered fast. My placement was a great experience I'll never forget and it was a pleasure for me to teach the kids and play with them. The organizers of the orphanage were also really nice and friendly. They really celebrated my last day and sang and danced for me. Furthermore they were really greatful for what I did. I really felt at home at the accommodation and the meals were always really delicious. Coutry Coordinator and support staff there were very good because they supported and helped us wherever it was possible and they also organized a lot of amazing trips. The Four-Day-Safari to Lake Manyara Ngorongoro-Crater and Serengeti Nationalpark are the highlights of my program.”

“I loved my program placement and It was a nice experience. I simply loved it! The highlight was the orphanage the people the place - EVERYTHING! The accommodation was really good the people are frienldy and it&#39 s like a big family. the meals are good. The staff support was perfect. They were always willing help you and if there is anything you can come to them and talk to them. It was the best thing i ever did in my Life so I will surely motivate others to join such programs.”

“I loved the program placement very much. The orphanage was wonderful and the kids were amazing. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Playing with the kids at the orphanage was the highlight of my stay in Tanzania. They were adorable and it was so difficult to say good bye to them. Both accommodation and meals were good. I felt safe with our guards and the house mom&#39 s were fantastic. Food was very very good. Our coordinator was good. He was always there when we needed him and checked up on us to make sure we were doing well. I will surely recommend Volunteering Solutions to anyone.”

“What areas did you like about our website? I liked the interface very much. It was easy to navigate. How did you find the pre departure booklet given to you and the service of the staff in regards to answering your questions and helping you prepare? It was very helpful. Did you enjoy working at your project / placement? I enjoyed my placement very much. The two places that I volunteered at were great. Accommodation and meals My host family was incredible Very generous and warm. The food was fine. Coordinator Francis was very helpful and a great coordinator. Would you recommend this program and our organization to others? yes/no Yes!”

“The website is Well structured informative and I specially liked pictures and videos. The Pre Departure booklet gave good information of what to expect and how to prepare (for example what to bring there). The staff was very helpful in advance of the trip to help me (visa application in Germany). I very much enjoyed working at my placement it was the most amazing time I ever had! The highlight of my volunteering trip would be the safari trip and the work at the orphanage. High standard accommodation and very tasty meal (good mix of western and traditional meals!) I would surely recommend Volunteering Solutions to my friends and family.”

“How did you find the pre departure booklet given to you and the service of the staff in regards to answering your questions and helping you prepare? It was very helpful and informative. The information about the country and culture was thorough. I used the common phrases a lot upon arrival and they provided a good basis for Swahili. Did you enjoy working at your project / placement? It is very enjoyable and I have learned so much. I get to do things that I didn&#39 t imagine doing. The staff is very helpful and kind making work fun. Accommodation and meals The food is great. I eat as much as I want and there is good variety. Would you recommend this program and our organization to others? yes/no YES”
