“I absolutely loved my stay in Arusha. I worked as a dentist in Mt. Meru's hospital and could really help the people there. Also the volunteer house is great. Lovely people, good food and nice rooms. I would definitely go back!”

“Hello! im Pato from Mexico, i recently went with my friend Manuel to the 3 week summer program in Tanzania and had an amazing time, we did a little bit of everything, we went to a 3 day Safari (Tarangire, Ngorongoro Crater and Lake Manyra) , went to Zanzibar a whole weekend (1:30 min flight from Arusha) and of course volunteer the whole week in different ways like orphanage, day care, gardening for the kids and even paint a school classroom. The best part is the excellent synergy between all volunteers and karibu's staff who always were very friendly and helpful in all ways. Thanks again and looking forward for the next adventure.”

“Hi, I volunteered three weeks in Arusha, Tanzania and it was the best experience of my life... the hostel was very good, the coordinator was always around so for every information I could ask him. The program in the orphanage was life-changing and I couldn’t be more satisfied. I totally recommend the whole experience, best three weeks of my life.”

“I absolutely fall in love with this experience! The kids in the school are simply adorable and so full of love and joy! They are so eager to learn about everything new, about different cultures, religions, customs, to learn to dance, sing. So curious! The thing I like the most was digging into uncertainty about the school classes and from one day to another findings a style on how to teach, hold a class, discipline and motivation of all the pupils. The same stands for full emerging into the local style of life - so enriching and fulfilling. I will definitely repeat similar experience!”
