“Sizing is perfect,Lightweight, great build quality, looks fantastic and extremely breathable. Surprisingly warm on a colder summers day even being mesh. For Anyone looking at this product I highly recommend the product and urban rider! Can’t see myself using another company for most of my gear.”

“I love this jacket. Its super comfortable to wear, looks good, and breathes extremely well. I have a couple complaints, but theyre minor, and mostly have to do with the collar and rain liner. I have a wide but short neck, and the collar is on the tall side, and its able to reach all the way around my neck to close comfortably (size XL). I also have one of the Merlin Onyx jackets, which I got in XXL so that I can layer more effectively in the winter, and have no difficulty closing the collar on that jacket - although its still a bit tall for me. Its also slightly annoying that the Shenstone doesnt have a way to keep the open collar from flapping around at high speed, but I was able to solve that problem by zipping the front slightly higher. The rain liner is a bit of a pain to put in and take out, and the puffy collar on it only adds to my other collar issues, and it would be nice if there were pockets inside the rain liner, but I dont use it much anyway. This jacket has done me well on brutally hot and humid days, though, and is almost everything I could want in a summer jacket.”

“Great jacket for the summer. Got this during Lockdown when I still need to ride to work the unseasonably hot week in April enabled me to wear it early. With the lining in could wear it in the morning at about 8 degrees. Mesh allows air through but is not see through in some sort of string best way. Armour is light and unobtrusive, will change the back plate to a level 2 back protector. Feels well put together and should last well. Last but not least looks great too.”

“Outstanding jacket. Exceptional quality. Might be a bit heavy if you live in southern Spain, but for the UK it's perfect. Amazing value for the price.”

“Service from urban rider was great but my jacket has some issues that I can't be bothered to get sorted out. Press stud on the sleeve fell off at first use and there is something sharp deep in the forearm section of one arm that I can't find but is only a problem if I have bare arms under the jacket (feels scratchy, not dangerous) . I've fixed the stud (hopefully). In all honesty you can tell that it is normally a premium quality product and I am just unlucky.”
