“I had forgotten to mention who the gift was from and had run out of characters. I sent an email requesting some changes to be made to the greeting message which was done promptly and without any issues.”

Thanks again for your feedback, Christine. We’re pleased the gift message itself was correct, but we’re sorry it wasn’t more obvious to the recipient when they opened their gift. Our complimentary gift messages are included on the delivery note, which contains no personal or financial information, as our gifts are often sent directly to the recipient. We appreciate that in this instance the message was almost missed, and your comments are useful to us as we continue to look at how we can make the gifting experience as clear and special as possible.
