“The message was difficult to find and then I realised that it was a sticker attached to the paperwork. This made it quite difficult to know where to put it on the gift so that it could clearly be seen. I ended up sticking it to the back of the care instructions and paper clipping it to the open topped gift wrap. Although the advert did say basic message I wasn't impressed.”

Our living gifts are usually sent directly to the recipient, so our complimentary basic gift message is included with the delivery paperwork. This paperwork does not contain any personal or financial information relating to the person who placed the order, allowing the recipient to see who their thoughtful gift is from. We’re sorry that, as you were presenting the gift yourself, this meant you had the inconvenience of peeling the message sticker off and finding a suitable place to attach it. We completely understand why this wasn’t quite the presentation you had expected. We hope the recipient was delighted with their Fab at 80 rose bush gift and that it brings them plenty of enjoyment over the years. “I bought a small lemon tree and a large one for 2 different occasions. The plants arrived on the right dates and were packaged well. Both recipients were very pleased with the quality of the trees. Thank you.”
