Thank you very much for your lovely review of the order we’re so pleased to hear that you are happy with the rose bush. I have checked the order details and can see that a gift message was included, however a separate gift card was not selected when the order was placed. When this happens, the message is printed on the delivery page instead, which is why a card would not have been included in the parcel. Thank you again for your feedback, and we’re delighted that the rose itself arrived safely and is being enjoyed.
