Very disappointed with this company. Twice have made arrangements to receive tiles and twice taken weekends off to complete the work. Both times wrong tiles have been delivered. Cannot fault delivery drivers who have been courteous and a little embarrassed. Still no tile, however...

Beautiful tiles, shame that they came delivered damaged! I still have all these tiles to check, that aren't open yet by the hedge. Very sad.

The sample we were sent was completely white, how were we able to compare this to the 'blue' bathroom furniture we have chosen and visualise in our bathroom without the pattern? To receive a response to our query, "that the tile was correct and that unfortunately there is no guarantee that the cut sample will contain the pattern" is not what we expected. If we wanted a white tile we would have orderd one. Very disappointed with the tile sample and the response.

Took 4 deliveries to get the quantities I needed due to the amount of broken tiles that turned up on each delivery. Tiler said very poorly made. Obviously the company know this so I think these could be seconds They do look nice up but far too much of a problem getting them which has delayed the job quite a bit. Luckily I had a tiler who understood and didn't charge me extra for the extra visits he had to make I can't recommend this company and wont return (Pic are from the 3rd deliverythat was supposedto replace the tiles from the 1st 2)

Good morning Steven, I am really sorry about the experience you've had. We certainly wouldn't want you to be unhappy. Unfortunately, as we are delivering tiles, sometimes damages happen especially when you enroll the services of a 3rd party courier. We will certainly be esclating this with them to investigate further. We do advise to ensure you have all tiles delivered and checked prior to booking a tradesperson. Ordered 500 of these and at least 50% of them were between 1-2mm different in size. Had to grind them down to get them to match with the others.

1st delivery attempt didn't happen, 2nd delivery attempt tiles returned as all boxes on top of pallet broken. 3rd delivery never happened. 3 days holiday from work lost !!!! Good prices terrible customer service.
