“These tiles are fantastic, the print is so realistic, the rectified edges are perfectly straight and quite hardwearing. One less star for two reasons regarding Tile Warehouse itself as it seems to me that they don't know the product: 1) I asked what grout do they need to colour-match the tiles. The first answer was that the grout colour is entirely up to me (of course, I can use pink grout if I want to, but that's not what colour-matching means), the second answer was to recommend one of their rather small selection of grouts which looked completely different to the tiles. If this happens to you, here's the right answer: mix equal parts of Mapei Ultracolor Sand 133 and Mapei Ultracolor Beige 132 for a perfect match (or just pick one of the two). 2) They display the tiles in a 50% pattern as the web picture, despite the manufacturer specifically recommending against this on the box (and they refuse to replace the misleading pictures on the web). I contacted the manufacturer in Spain and they explained that this is to avoid lippage as the long tile have a slight bow. If I was to install them again I'd go with a 1/3 bond. Even if they haven't changed the pictures on the web, they did offer me 8 free tiles when I run out of them in compensation, which I appreciated.”

“I am still waiting for these tiles. Haven't got them yet. I am complaining heavily and I would like to be compensated for the delay. The Tyler is costing me a lot of money waiting for these tiles. Can't give you any review if I haven't got them get your act together thank you Richard.”

“I paid for the tiles they never sent the amount I ordered they came filthy in a broken box. Contacted customer service was told to send email, I was then told they would respond in 24hours. Still no response and still left without all my order, but they have the full amount of money!!!!”
