You may have received an automated email (based on the couriers tracking scans) that advises that your items were refused, and to get in contact with our team for a replacement. “Took 4 deliveries to get the quantities I needed due to the amount of broken tiles that turned up on each delivery. Tiler said very poorly made. Obviously the company know this so I think these could be seconds They do look nice up but far too much of a problem getting them which has delayed the job quite a bit. Luckily I had a tiler who understood and didn't charge me extra for the extra visits he had to make I can't recommend this company and wont return (Pic are from the 3rd deliverythat was supposedto replace the tiles from the 1st 2)”

Good morning Steven, I am really sorry about the experience you've had. We certainly wouldn't want you to be unhappy. Unfortunately, as we are delivering tiles, sometimes damages happen especially when you enroll the services of a 3rd party courier. We will certainly be esclating this with them to investigate further. We do advise to ensure you have all tiles delivered and checked prior to booking a tradesperson. “1st delivery attempt didn't happen, 2nd delivery attempt tiles returned as all boxes on top of pallet broken. 3rd delivery never happened. 3 days holiday from work lost !!!! Good prices terrible customer service.”

“The Scotia Trim Light Grey Oak (2m) supplied by Tile Warehouse has a profile, which is a lot thinner than trims I have previously received from other companies. It is extremely flimsy and is likely to be difficult to fit around laminate flooring. The profile of the trim I have received is not like the photograph on the website. I have since purchased some trims, from another supplier, which have a considerably sturdier profile and these have fitted perfectly around my laminate flooring. The attached photograph shows the profile of Tile Warehouse trim on the left and the profile of the one I purchased from the other supplier. I now have the problem of finding a courier which will transport a 2.55 metre cardboard tube, to return the trims back to Tile Warehouse and the cost involved with this.”

“Order arrived promptly but 50% of tiles were smashed. Customer service was good and replacements received within 3 days. Unfortunately replacements had damaged tiles within too. I didn't complain again as the job had to be completed asap. I had enough to complete luckily.”
