Hi Daniel Unfortunately we cannot replace tiles that your tiler has broken during fitting unless they are faulty, there is no fault with the tiles as they fall within British Standards and we have over 30 satisfied customers who have enjoyed the same product so far. I'm sorry that as we are unable to help, you felt we were unhelpful. “We ordered 7 meters of these tiles when the builders arrived to renovate our bathroom they found that almost every tile was bowed, unable to use, we contacted the company to explain the issues, basically we were told we were lying? Had to bin the tiles and buy again from a reputable company. Definitely do NOT recommend.”

Hi Mark Sorry to hear you are unhappy with this product, we have sold over 3000 pieces without any previous issue so are very surprised this has caused you a problem. We did offer to replace these free of charge from a new batch as a gesture of goodwill however you declined this, we also offered for you to return these and if they indeed proved to be faulty, we would fully refund you as you did not want replacements.
