The screen is good, once you get it working. However... The instructions that come with the screen are minimal. The kit includes a self-adhesive copper sheet which I still don't know what I'm supposed to do with... When I first connected the screen, I got ghosting and all sorts of problems. Then I discovered that you need to edit the /boot/config.txt file. I found the following instructions online: max_usb_current=1 hdmi_group=2 hdmi_mode=87 hdmi_cvt 1024 600 60 6 0 0 0 hdmi_drive=1 However, when I applied these, there was a noticeable amount of flicker. I seem to have resolved this (fingers-crossed) by upping the refresh rate from 60 to 120: hdmi_cvt 1024 600 120 6 0 0 0 The "case" is a little basic - for example, there's no face plate to cover the edges of the glass screen and all the electronics are on display. I'd probably have spent the extra on the official display and case if I'd have realised. (NB - I'm not sure if this screen will work with the official case, but will be asking the staff soon...) Overall, the screen works well once you know what you need to do, but the case is a little underwhelming.

It works well and is reasonably-priced. "Instructions" could be a bit more explicit, though, especially with regard to the copper shield, which was a bit of a challenge!

Beware of the many fakes on the market, this is the real deal. It was so simple to install, as kit came with everything (including a case). Just a quick edit to config.txt - comment out one line and add 4, save and you're in business! It really was that simple.

I use mine with my 4B. High quality image and easy to set up. It says that you need to make changes in the config. file but I have found that unnecessary with my 4B. However, when used with my Zero it would need a little fettling as the image isn't quite right. The case that it comes with isn't the clean white finish as shown in the pictures but is raw unpainted hardboard which I actually prefer. Recommended.

The screen it’s self is good however the frame is awful it came without any instructions with a bag of bits that I had no idea where they went or were used for after hours off trawling the ‘net I found some build instructions which at best very unclear I managed to get the frame and screen as one but it look awful almost as if it was the wrong frame for the screen.
