“It fits nicely into the Raspberry Pi case and keeps the time when the Pi if switched off. It doesn't need to do anything else, really.”

“Glad to get a RTC Battery for the Pi 5. It comes with a sticky pad but not sure where the battery is supposed to stick to in the official Raspberry Pi 5 case so I tucked it behind the GPIO pins as I’m not I using them at the moment. Good service from the PiHut”
