“Fitted perfectly straight out of the box — no fiddling required. The fan is remarkably quiet, barely noticeable even in a quiet room. Under load, temperatures stay impressively low, which gives me real confidence in running more demanding projects. Overall just a solid, well-made bit of kit. Exactly what you'd want from an official accessory.”

“I decided to get the Active Cooler module for my PI 5, which arrived promptly.
I did have a slight problem, in that the wiring into the tiny plug is not strong and one of the wires broke off as I was trying to press it home. As much my own fault, I am sure - but a lesson learned, as I had to buy a replacement (special) fan.
it's all now working fine and, if I manage to fix the connnection on the original fan, I will have a spare.
I'm very happy with my PI 5 though. Very fast.”
