“Frankly this was my first micro computer. I have some experience with x86-64 linuxes, this one was supposed to be "smart box", inexpensive but powerful enough make my 10yo dumb tv a bit smarter. But i found that it's quite fun too.”

“The RPi5 is noticeably faster than the RPi4. I initially set this up with RPI OS on an SD card and it worked fine. I couldn't get the RPi5 to USB boot, but that was because it didn't like the Dynamode USB3 interface I was using. When I changed it for the PiHut's USB3-Sata cable (SKU 103222) it worked fine. Great service from PiHut again!”
