“A great addition to my son’s Pi5. It’s easy to set up, move around and use meaning he can take his pi places to use far more easily than with a standard monitor. The built in speakers are also a benefit improving functionality and reducing additional ancillaries.”
“A great performer. Brightness and colour really good. Was pleasantly surprised that they will do 50Hz refresh as well as 60Hz (haven't tried other refresh rates).
In fact after discovering it woukd do 50Hz, I ordered another one, specifically for that task.
Convenient too that they're able to be powerd from a USB cable.
I love 'em!”
“Really glad that this monitor got brought out. It goes really well with the Pi 5 aesthetics and is a great size for the setup. I really like how easily portable it is. I would like it to be a little bit cheaper in price and also i think there should be some kind of mounting bracket to attach ther pi 5 case to.”
“Nice little monitor. It's basically just a laptop screen without the other half of a laptop. Small, neat and easy to transport. I'll be on the lookout for a protective case to put it in when transporting it though.”
“I was in two minds as there is a large choice of monitors. When my old laptop running Raspberry Pi Desktop died I decided to go for this. And I'm glad I did. Ordered late Friday, arrived the next Tueasday. Nice thin lightweight design which does not twist and creak as for example laptop displays can. Adjusting the stand to make viewing easy the viewing angle is pretty good even for two people to view and I can even use it on my lap! Sound is ok and powering the monitor via Pi 4 gives more than adequate brightness. I wonder if the next version may somehow be a touch screen. I didn't want many cables around so I did this.”
“Great little monitor but not without a few quirks. I don't like the location of the inputs as they are impossible to access when it's mounted on a vesa plate. Also I forgot just how small a 15" monitor is! Great solution for tinkering though and frees up a lot of desk space for me.”
