“This is a phenomenal bit of kit.
It made my Pi sound rich and warm, and along with the kksb case the phonos are easily accessible and it even makes you tube sound great.
But he best thing about this hat is that is so easy to assemble onto your Pi.
You just push the 40 pin GPIO socket straight onto the Pi's GPIO socket, and Voila!
That's it! No cables, no fiddly bits that can break! Just squeeze them together!
It's so satisfying!
This is what I imagined HATs to be like before I actually bought one and found out it wasn't going to be that easy.

“Easy to install, and superb sound quality. A DAC at this proce has no right to sound this good! One top tip for piCore Player/Squeezelite installation. In the "Audio Device Output Settings" first box choose USB, instead of any of the IQ Audio DAC options. It works perfectly, in my case using hw:CARD=Pro,DEV=0 as the output settings option in the next box”
“Having had a couple of issues with my previous DAC, I decided to replace it with an IQaudIO DAC Pro. The swap was dead easy, only four screws and setup in Volumio was straightforward. This was connected to my classic Naim based system and Tannoy speakers. After a few favourite tracks which were recorded in FLAC format I have to say I was blown away by the quality of the new DAC.
