“I have always used Arduino Nanos in the past but was concerned about the increased prices, shipping delays and perhaps more importantly carbon footprint of importing goods from China. I ordered 2 Pi Picos and was expecting a huge learning curve moving to a different IDE.
I was amazed at the simplicity of Micro Python and how easy it is to quickly test small bits of code before combining them within a larger program. Far Superior to an Arduino in terms of performance at roughly the same cost and the speed of delivery was incredibly fast. Ordered on Friday afternoon, delivered Saturday morning.
