“Just some quick feedback .
I recently received my second Pi starter kit , the first being ordered in August this year.
When trying to start the new Pi yesterday the micro SD card became too hot to touch within seconds and the message said ‘boot stopped’.
We tried the micro SD card we received with our starter kit in the new Pu and found it to work ok.
I contacted Pi yesterday requesting a new micro SD card and am in communication with Natalie.
I would like to provide feedback on the support for a faulty item .
I understand I have to return the £7 micro SD card via Royal Mail tracker service and then wait up to 48 hours before the issue can be resolved.
I expected to be either told to post the presumed broken SD card or throw it in the bin and another would be sent out today given how much money we have recently spent with your company.
To save the hassle I have ordered a new £7 micro SD card which I am informed by email has already been posted, even though I have also had to pay postage again ).
I would like to make use of the no quibbles return when you receive the micro SD card which has been posted today.
The returns process has not been as convenient compared to other companies .
