“Very happy with the unit itself, until have now been informed that the manufacturers have screwed up and the device is not using standard USB-C circuitry, meaning that you cannot interchange power supplies from other devices or guarantee another power supply will just work. Think a product recall and replacement is in order.”

new plug so I needed an adapter. The OS-card
was tested with the pi3b but doesn't boot on
the pi4b so I need a new one. And preparing the card takes some time. You could offer a booting
pi4B with adapters, keyboard, mouse”
