It is faster and therefore expectedly runs hotter, just bear that in mind with cases etc. There was also an update issued to prevent thermal cut-off. Those are tiny display cable sockets! Be careful with them, repeated plugging/un-plugging may damage them in the long run. Then there is the recently reported USB-C charging design flaw, not a problem with the official power supply, but beware...

“Pi Hut was out of the 4G model, so I went with the 2G unit. It arrived sooner than expected, while others are still waiting for the 4G model to arrive. Nice little unit. Still waiting for some of the applications to catch up with the new kernel (buster). Don't forget to order heat sinks!”
