“This model is still fit for purpose for certain projects. I had a Roadstar portable LCD tv, almost 20 years old and I was reluctant to dispose of it so I decided to use VLC to play a m3u8 stream from my home SMTP encoder attached to a Freesat reciever . It works a treat and I can change channels with my harmony hub . In less than two months, I've bought 8 raspberry pis, all put to good dedicated use ranging from internet radio to Kodi server to weather display. “Quite limited instructions but then I suppose you only buy one with a specific use in mind. Easy to set up, and I'm using it headless but tested it with a monitor and desktop is slow, mouse printer is like dragging it through treacle.
