“I was impressed that this little cheap device, the Raspberry Pi Zero, is actually is a fully fledged computer. I feel it should be mentioned that it is a quite slow, and there are no full-sized USB or HDMI ports available, so you will need adapters for that. I also was a bit disappointed at the amount of power the USB port could provide: I connected a little USB hub and a wireless keyboard, WiFi connector and mouse, but it could only power one of these devices. So you need a powered USB hub for that. These points are why I went from 5 to 4 stars. However, for this price and size, it is a really cool device, and I definitely recommend it for home automation, IoT applications, or as a super small web server for simple applications.”
“Our order was lost by the royal mail but the support was quick and we got refunded in a little over a week.
Great support, will order from the site again.”
“Had a spare OTG, USB ethernet and SD card kicking around, so spent £6 on the Pi Zero, chucked on Raspian and installed Dansguardian w/ squid.
Nice little low-powered server setup. Completely headless, never plugged any monitor or TV into this device to date. Also use it as a light sftp server.”
