“I think this board opens up a whole new level of options compared to its bigger brothers due to it's small compact size.
I use the Pi Zero for pentesting applications as part of my job and the device is very compact and not one person has discovered the Zero while I was performing a security audit for them.”
“I have a robot platform that uses two modified R/C servos - decided to upgrade the rather basic PIC microcontroller with the Pi zero. After some head scratching to get the PCM to work properly (using BCM pins 13 and 18 to do proper hardware PCM - thanks to "wiringpi 2") I now have a mobile wireless platform that I can telnet into to program with "putty" - next its the SPO256 speech synth...

George”
“I like my new Pi a lot. This tiny little thing is the ideal board for all kind of stuff since it consums less energy than the B-sized bords. You can add all the needed things via an USB hub and there are tutorials to add Wifi directliy soldered to the board. Best part is the fullsized GPIO header. You can start programming and updating via LAN on your other Raspberry PI and plug the SD card back in your Zero when ready.”
“It works well, but I get marginally annoyed when I am asked to provide product reviews primarily to extend the content of merchant sites, and in so doing, end up supporting merchants who don’t particularly care about supporting their customers.”
“I purchased another Zero and then decided to get two cases. I have received the items and they came in one package. As I had two separate orders, please can you refund me on of the £2.50 delivery costs?
Thanks,
Jon Airey”
