“Unbelievably small and great for many projects. I can max out the performance and it doesn't even break a sweat or feel "hot". The addition of the camera connector really makes this a useful board.”
“The Raspberry Pi Zero is an excellent product to make embedded products or lightweight product. Compact and powerful enough for most projects. Taking advantage of the large Raspberry Pi community with a mini price, I recommend !”
“As powerful as his father, the model B. It is cheap and easy to customize.
I’ve used it to build a digital picture frame like application in Qt. I used a custom yocto distribution as my base system so the entire rootfs is less than 2G of memory. It behaves pretty well also with complex transitions that requires a bit of GPU power.”
“Fantastic little device. I was initially a bit confused because when you power it on it doesn't seem to do anything but after some googling I found it was normal behaviour not to have any flashing lights etc. The speed of the thing given its size is incredible. Easily capable of supporting low to medium CPU usage tasks with ease. I have mine controlling a bunch of home automation sensors and devices with a server I wrote in Node.js. Runs linux, Node.js and networking off a board that is about half the size of a credit card. Amazing.”
