“Really nice case for the PI4. Very solidly built and easy to assemble. Fan is pretty quiet but hardly ever kicks in with default setting. Script for button power button control was simple to install. My only wish was that the power light was visible....then I powerd it up and it was, via a smoked plastic section on the front. Very nice.”
“So pleased with the Argon One case, I ordered another. Good compact design, the whole PI is kept at a reasonable ambient temperature even when you push it. The only possible criticisim is lack of access to the camera and display connector, though I chose this case for desktop use.”
“This case is just brilliant. It seems large in the photo on the website but it's so "dinky." My Pi runs a Minecraft server, an Emby video server, and a Logitech Media Server, and it rarely gets hotter than 48°. The fan control script is super easy to run too. This case is so stylish and looks great next to my TV. It should be an upgrade option for every Pi kit.”
“It is a great case for Raspberry Pi 4 with all needed accessories to make your Pi look-alike a profession Mini PC. It comes with both passive and active cooling, which is the most need for RPi 4 otherwise it gets hot. One great thing about the case is that it brings all the ports on the same side of the case. I highly recommend this case if you want to convert your RPi 4 into a Mini PC. I didn't give 5 stars because I don't see how to bring out the camera and display connect from the case!”
“awesome little case! a blend of passive and active cooling, it even has a script that installs shortcuts to control the fan and enable the power button on the case, looks great and the magnetic cover at the back that allows for access to the gpio pins is a nice touch!”
“If you don't want a cheap plastic case, go for this stylish metal case. It has both passive and active cooling which is awesome.
Note that the cooling software is only supported on Raspbian OS. If you intend to install Manjaro or Ubuntu, you need to hack into the script to make the active cooling to work.”
