“This is my new favourite microcontroller for creating compact projects, (previously the XIAO SAM21) due to it's wireless capabilities. Found the supporting material very good, enough to get projects up and running very quickly (projects using WiFi/i2c). The only downside i have come accross is that you can't buy the antennas separately as far as i can tell, which means if you want to pull the microcontroller back out of a device for something else you'll have to source something else as seeed make the antenna.”
“Awesome little board. This is the 5th one of these I've bought from The Pi Hut and all have worked perfectly. Current draw is tiny in sleep modes, WiFi range is huge with the flexible antenna provided and there's enough GPIOs available to accommodate plenty of sensors and other components. Overall it's an extremely good value and very compact ESP32 board.”
