“The products are fine but the shipment tracking is useless.
1) order confirmation email had no tracking link
2) order history had tracking # indicating it was shipped with DHL
3) the "DHL" tracking link actually directed to www.laposte.fr and no parcel could be found
4) When I asked pihut customer service about this they stated "tracking wont be available until the parcel lands in my country" (Australia)
5) when i finally received the parcel i find out it was actually sent via deutsche post! Not DHL or laposte.fr”
