Used to connect an old screen I had in the loft to my Raspberry Pi 4. No problems with it at all.

Works well although xorg needs manual configuring as optimum display resolution is not automatically detected and there is occasionally some RGB splitting when the screen wakes. (Manjaro GNOME)

Plug it into a micro-HDMI port Plug In my case RPi4 the other end into a VGA cable attached to a monitor and you get an ok picture would be better if it wasn't VGA but then that's the only port free on my monitor. Works out the bag . 3 stars because I have no idea how long it will last probably 6-12 months based on experience of most other cables cheap or expensive.

Excellent product and solved my problem straight away without changing any settings. I'm using a very old 24" lcd tv which kept reporting to the Pi4 as a DVI monitor and not allowing audio, changing settings in config.txt worked on HDMI for Pi OS but not for batocera, which is mainly what that Pi runs. Used this adaptor on the TVs VGA & 3.5mm audio in and not had any problems since, no matter what OS I use.

Didn't work, but that may be because the VGA monitor is dead.
