“I bought the ready-soldered kit for my wife to use in one of our Raspberry Pi's, I was thoroughly impressed by the looks of it and the very nice quality when it arrived. Breaking it out of the board was a little tricky and did take a bit of careful brute force, but once out it was straightforward to plug in and get going. It looks really good when working and is very easy to program, my wife has now had her first experience of python and SSH to connect to it and has customised some of the scripts to have it running how she would like while it sits on her desk. I can thoroughly recommend this and I am a little sad that I didn't order 2 of them so I can have one as well !”

“I bought the "pre-soldered" version. The assembly did not take me more than 1/2 hour. Only weld the sides of the tree and the pins of the Raspberry. Then just install the system, test the examples and make my own program.
