“It probably works well when fitted correctly. Unfortunately, I managed to mix up the left and right sides and the Christmas tree did not light up. Only a few LEDs flickered. If accurate instructions had been included, then a mistake during assembly would have been impossible. Maybe next time.”
“I really love this little Chrismas Tree. It is easy to build (the DIY kit) and the example script does give a nice first step to get it working. I have made an extended version which only lights the star during every month except December. Once December starts it will light up one LED per day and on Christmas Day it will light up the star. This is a nice build up towards Christmas.

“Very disappointed. This is second one I bought and doesn't work- exactly same as first one.
Even bought a new Pi to use incase it was simply a problem with Pi. Also double checked I'd mounted it correctly. 4 lights come on ( dimly) and the top star light. Nothing else works despite following Product Support instructions fault -finding instructions.”
