“This item was purchased as I wanted the Pi4 to act as a media centre and as a replacement for our old WDTV media centre. Once the Flirc Configuration GUI was loaded onto my Windows Laptop the old WDTV remote controller was configured using the utility.
It works perfectly and exactly as advertised.”
“Not quite any remote. It doesn't work with 455khz remotes such as the bang and Olufsen beo4. I was hoping this would be the last thing needed to make streaming on my aging stereo completely seamless. That said it seems like a nice device and i will find another use for it.”
