Very poor service!! This was the third order I've placed with the PI Hut. The first two orders were delivered without any issues. My latest order was accepted two weeks ago and I received the confirmation of shipping along with the invoice. However, it still hasn't been delivered. I tried to contact the Pi Hut to see where it had got to and there is NO phone number to call. You have to send them an email, which I did at 9am yesterday morning. The automated response is that they may take 24 hours to respond to any support requests. I'm still waiting to be contacted.

Works a treat, but setup was not as simple as the official video suggested. The first time, doing it per the video, nothing worked. It was only when I re-programmed every key on the Skip 1s remote that it worked properly. Added to that, the almost impossible task of programming on Linux (I eventually resorted to doing it on Windows), there are some improvements required. This is especially concerning since this bought for use with a Raspberry Pi, which uses Linux as its OS.

Really great product, I have LibreELEC running on a pi 4 and this has enabled me to use my dvd remote with it. Simple enough to assign buttons on the windows gui, especially after I found the advanced setup for xbmc and plugged into the pi and worked straight away

Really easy to set up (much more so than expected) - I wanted to use it to control a Shield TV Pro. I just opened the application on a Windows 10 machine, hit the Go button, programmed the 13 buttons and it worked first time. Great solution for IR control of the Shield TV.

A great way to create your own custom remote. Program the USB with your remote of choice on a PC with some software, then just plug the USB to your Raspberry Pi running Kodi or PiCorePlayer for example. I would work on anything that takes a USB keyboard. At £20, it is not a cheap option but it works well.
