This was for a device providing real-time calendar updates in a sports club. I needed plug and play WiFi and that's what I got. Plugged it in, updated the config with the SSID and password, job done.

Just worked without any fuss which is what I wanted after trying other non-pi specific brands.

Will this (or any other WiFi adapters found here) work with ChromeOS Flex?

Purchased one of these in April. This is the second review as the first wasn't allowed through!! I wonder why? Anyway purchased for use with Raspberry PI 1B+ have had nothing but problems with this wireless adaptor. Constantly drops the wireless, takes ages for it to pick up the wireless again (if it bothers) spent best part of a month and a half trying to get this device to work and it causes nothing but problems. Have been in the business 47 years so I don't come at this as a noob. Would not recommend this product for a 1B+, you may fair better with a different model. (Bet this doesn't get authorised either).

Dreadful device, constantly drops the network, not reliable at all, very disappointed would not recommend. Raspberry PI B+ Debian 12.11 with or without powered hub tried everything to stabilise. No remedy.

Works flawlessly. But eventually unneeded, as RPI 5 has wifi module on it's own :D
