“Very tender and good chunk sizes. Used in TFS curry recipe and they were delicious. I tailored the recipe to reduce the calorie count (used light coconut milk). I omitted coriander (not liked) and as I couldn't get Fenugreek seeds I used powder which was fine. Also couldn't get black mustard seeds so used yellow, again which was fine. The fish and its recipe was a complete success. Thank you TFS.”
