“I have bought them from you before and was happy then and am happy now. Paired with your delicious Laksa sauce it makes a gourmet meal. I also tried your lobster bisque for the first time which was meaty and delicious too.”

“I will cook them in the Laksa sauce that I also bought from you. The cheeks are easier to cook than a whole monkfish which needs cartilege and skin/sinew removing.”
