“The monk cheeks were nice, chunky bits of fresh meat. I did have to take a bit of membrane off each, or they would have shrunk on cooking, but lovely product.”

“Nice and fresh. The description said skinless. Perhaps I wrongly interpreted this as without the membrane. I had to take this off last minute before cooking. Would have preferred this specified, would have done so earlier. Fine though”
