“Skinless monkfish cheeks are good value as they do not have skin to be removed. I like cooking the cut up cheeks in your home made Laska sauce. I accompany this with basmati rice. Delicious.”

“I have bought them from you before and was happy then and am happy now. Paired with your delicious Laksa sauce it makes a gourmet meal. I also tried your lobster bisque for the first time which was meaty and delicious too.”
