Skinless monkfish cheeks are good value as they do not have skin to be removed. I like cooking the cut up cheeks in your home made Laska sauce. I accompany this with basmati rice. Delicious.

These are so versatile! Can be beer battered and fried, used in a fish curry or lightly spice-dusted and used for fish sliders.

I have bought them from you before and was happy then and am happy now. Paired with your delicious Laksa sauce it makes a gourmet meal. I also tried your lobster bisque for the first time which was meaty and delicious too.
