Horrible clicks and stutters when using system wide app. thought the upgrade would fix this but guess not. i like the idea of the product but disappointed in the amount of glitches and drop outs im getting. (Mac Pro 2013, Catalina 10.15.7)

Won't install on MacOS 10.13 even though it is supported. Opened a ticket to Sonarworks and had 3 emails that all told me to check the FAQ and they'd get back to me within 72 hours. 264 hours (11 days) and still counting. That is awful support.

Room correction works really great, but only when systemwide software actually works. I've been suffering from several issues with SoundID systemwide (also had some in Sonarworks studio) that disables room correction on my Mac. I've been (trying hard to get) in touch with support team for more than two months reporting the bugs. The team is friendly and tries to help but the time it takes for an answer is totally unacceptable. It basically takes a month for them to give you a real answer, that in my case is pass the issues to the dev team with no time frame commitments after that. Please forget about new features. It would be awesome if what you already just worked every day. Put your customers first by supporting them with a reliable product and better response time on support.

Hi George, We hope you're doing well! Thank you for your review, we really appreciate it! Even though it's been some time since you provided your review, we wanted to follow up with some updates. As you mentioned in your review that you have encountered some sleep state issues with SoundID Reference, I wanted to let you know that we have recently released a new SoundID Reference beta version (v5.7.3) which includes a major rework of the macOS driver and aims to resolve various issues such as sleep/idle-time problems and the SoundID Reference virtual device disappearing from the output list. We have been working on these improvements for a while now and we hope that the product experience is greatly improved for our macOS users. For more details on the beta and steps on how to install it, see our Community post here: https://www.sonarworks.com/community/soundid-reference/posts/12241588603282-new-beta-macos-driver-update-beta-testing-soundid-reference-beta-version-573 If you have the chance to try out the beta, it would be great if you could let us know about your experience in the Community post linked or by submitting a support request. Your feedback is greatly appreciated! Best regards, Zane from Sonarworks Team

More comfort, more control, and the very usefull tool for listeners only. And the optimization of latency is really great! Waiting for a "digital out of the box solution" with a seperated processor and soundcard, may via lan...?

The option to additionally customize the correction curve is a game changer, since I wasn't ever fully happy with Sonarworks reference 4 suggestions, even though it was definitely a move in the right direction
