“After not using Reference 4 for some time due to changing locations, with the new Apollo integration I decided it was time to upgrade to SoundID. I took my measurements, used an average Beyerdynamic DT770 Pro (tweaked the EQ to 80% wet) and I'm not looking back. It's as if my speakers and headphones got an upgrade. Everything is clearer, it's easier to hunt for frequencies, my headphones are far less fatiguing (the DT770s are so bright!) and no more painful room resonances in the low/low mids.
