“Very happy with Reference 4 and decided to go for SoundID just for the mix checking curves provided for various listening devices/environments. Some of the calibration curves are quite severe and my conclusion is that creating a mix which will sound decent through all these curves is virtually impossible. So, though interesting, not sure how useful this feature is for me.”
“Unfortunately, I'm really disappointed with my upgrade to Sound ID. Even with the new upgrade that was supposed to fix certain issues, they still persist. This eats into my production time and costs me time away from the important things in life, and money as I should have moved on to other projects in my backlog.”
