Good looking, excellent sound for a compact sound bar. Easy to setup and use. Very pleased, sounds great with music too.

Really good sound bar. Already have 2 x Sonos one. Easy to play the same or different things around the house.

I'm really pleased with our new Beam 2, which we're using with our Samsung television and Apple TV box. Setup was a breeze and it's made a world of difference sound-wise, as expected! For our modest sized lounge, the sound bar itself is ample, but it's good to know that we could scale up in future with either a surround system or sub etc. One thing I was especially keen to try, which I'm pleased to say worked very well, was to have the sound bar integrated into our household hi-fi system, made up of Play:1 speakers in various rooms. It's worked just as I had hoped, with the Beam doubling up as the hi-fi for the lounge as well as the sound bar for the television, which also helped me to justify the cost as it freed up another Sonos speaker we already had in the lounge to be used elsewhere in the house instead.

My Samsung TV had a great picture but a thin sound. This Sonos Beam sorted that right out, huge difference to the TV experience. Again, Smart Home Sounds were helpful, very easy and pleasant to deal with and very patient with my lack of technical know-how. Thanks.

What with the excellent service received by the staff at smart home sounds, as I had problems setting up the system, and the offer of the six year warranty, it was a no brainer to purchase via them. Overall, the best customer service I have ever experienced.. Being the first time of owning a sonos product I nearly have up and sent it back under the returns policy, something I wouldn't have had the option of doing of purchasing elsewhere. But the staff talked me through the whole process and I am now one happy owner, so happy in fact that I purchased the surrounds. The surrounds were a mare to set up as well (if you've a bt hub, switch off 5ghz via the admin page otherwise you will never set up the surrounds) but once again a couple of phone calls, after watching endless videos on line with no luck, we finally found the solution to the problem, so if you run in to any issues and you've a bt hub or any hub that switches between 2ghz and 5 then give smart home a call and they will more than likely talk you through the process. To the staff that I dealt with, thank you for your time and patience, much appreciated.
